	General: manual and automatic control of employee status to show on public side (online/away/ext.away/offline), indication when user on public side is typing a message
	Management of employees, users, cities, headqurters, global settings, look-n-feel,privacy policy and license
	Conversations History: tracking, search, selective batch dump to text files and/or delete.
