The Online Store Engine is the most complex CF-Works software product. It represents itself flexible online shopping system integrated with Authorize.net and Paypal payment processing systems where customers can choose from which one to use, tracking orders, payments, payment transactions and so on in it's own database, supporting diverse product types with special support for shipable and downloadable types as well as specific product types like: - Generic Shipable product;
- Image (photos);
- Sound File;
- Video Clip;
- Collection of products of any of the types above where each item is independent product.
I started to work on my Online Store Engine System after years of been working with diverse specific clients' stores specializing in different business fields like selling shipable products only or photos or videos or sound samples and tried to support the best features and business logic of all of them implementing it in new component-based code basing on efficient database structure. It includes integrated currency converter getting live currency rates from x-rates.com and FAQ system.
